Scam Dollars

A small site about how money gets separated from people.

ABOUT

ScamDollars is a small, independent project about how money, trust, and attention get separated — often without force, and often without the person noticing until much later.

Rather than cataloging individual scams or bad actors, this site focuses on recurring structures: the questions that get asked, the interfaces that feel safe, and the moments where caution quietly gives way to compliance.

The intent is observational, not adversarial. This is a place to slow down and look at how these systems work.

This site intentionally avoids real-time scam reporting or enforcement language.

This site is for reflection and education.
If you believe you’ve been scammed, contact your bank or card issuer.
